NUCO Poster
This was a design task set by Elliot Forde (Graphic Design Lead at NUCO)
“We have our premade 'design themes' which we release on a yearly basis - these are templates which clubs can have their trip info placed into. If you had the time & energy for a personal project you could try and come up with a few poster styles - using some generic/made up trip info. I've attached the examples of last season's designs which we sent out.
Would love to see what you come up with if you decide to try it out.”
Poster one takes inspiration from live music posters and streetwear fashion. With lots of grain and two basic colour’s it has a screen printed/ home made look. All the info and colours easy to change. I have also included some square designs for Instagram and other social medias.
Poster two takes more inspiration from skiwear company’s like the Planks website combining worn photography of the resort and overlapping text. Can include Q.R. code that links to booking page. All the info and colours easy to change. I have also included some square designs for Instagram and other social medias.
The final poster is based of my personal art style (cartoon style with thick black lines and halftone shading) this design is harder to edit the art work in the center but all the info is easy to change. The artwork could also be used for trip tee’s if DTG printing is affordable. I have also included some square designs for Instagram and other social medias.
